  • The Cosumnes River Journal is an annual print magazine of literature and art. The editors are committed to publishing poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and mini-essays plus a full slate of art and photography per issue.

  • Fundación En Vía combines tourism, education and micro-finance to fight poverty in Oaxaca, Mexico. By providing interest-free micro-loans to help women start or expand their small businesses, En Via facilitates social change, and generate real impacts and authentic cultural experiences.

Our Life Stories —

  • “Our life Stories” is a cross-generational memoir conference held annually in spring. It is a collaboration between the City of Sacramento’s Hart Senior Center and Cosumnes River College. The conference is designed to promote, at a low cost for these vulnerable populations, the creation of memoir through lectures, readings, workshops, and more.
